In Memory of Norman Merillat
Heaven is blessed by the presence of a godly man who has been called home. He is now rejoicing with those who arrived before him. Those of us who are left behind look forward to joining the celebration.
I have fond memories of evenings spent at Uncle Norman's in Waldron. His laugh and smile will never be forgotten. He always had an insight on the various issues that came up for discussion, especially anything to do with faith and the Bible.
Then we always enjoyed a wonderful meal together that had been prepared by Aunt Rosetta. Nowhere will anyone find any better deviled eggs than those she made. After the meal the visiting continued, often quite late. Departing was always delayed because it was such an enjoyment to be there together.
Distance has separated us so that we were unable to have those visits but nothing can rob the memories nor can anything keep us from the reunion we anticipate in Heaven.
May God bless you Aunt Rosetta, Peggy, Calvin, Shirley and Barbie as He guides you through this difficult time.
With love and prayers,
Gary and Mary Merillat and family
